Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of the terms

By creating an account or using the GrokipediaCard application and website (the "Service"), you agree to these terms of service as well as our Community Rules and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Because cards are generated from Wikipedia articles, they may cover sensitive topics. Any account belonging to a person under 18 may be deleted.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for any activity carried out through your account. An account is personal.

3. Acceptable use

By using the Service, you agree to comply with all of our Community Rules as well as applicable laws. The rules form an integral part of these terms; any violation of the rules constitutes a violation of the terms of service.

4. Content and intellectual property

The cards are generated from Wikipedia articles, published under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license (CC BY-SA). The encyclopedic content remains subject to its original license and may cover sensitive topics.

The elements specific to the Service (brand, interface, graphics, game mechanics) remain the property of the publisher or its partners. You remain responsible for the content you publish.

5. Purchases and virtual currency

The Service may offer purchases of packs or virtual items. These items have no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money. Payments on the web are processed by Stripe; in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google.

6. Account suspension and banning

We may suspend or permanently ban an account in case of violation of these terms or the Community Rules, including cheating, multi-accounts, harassment or fraud.
